Nothing else goes in the hut. We never ask for your real name, address, date of birth, phone number or any payment detail, since nothing on this seafront is for sale. Your password is kept only as a one-way hash. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (providing the account you asked for). Delete your account and all of it goes immediately; the button for that is on your account page.

Google tags walk the prom only if you agree

Tap ‘Accept all’ on the seafront banner and we run Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure visits and to see whether our adverts lead to play, such as a first spin. Google then receives your IP address, device information and those events. Choose ‘Essential only’ and the same tags run in consent mode with no cookies and no advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.

Request logs on our server

For security, the company hosting our seafront holds ordinary request logs for a short while. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Things the hut never does

We never hold payment data, as nothing here is for sale.
Gulliver sends no marketing email unless you ask him to.
Your data is never sold or rented out, not even for a stick of rock.
Nothing is shared with gambling operators, and the front carries no gambling affiliate links.

Your UK GDPR rights, on the promenade

You may access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent whenever you choose. Deleting your account on the account page erases the account data at once; clearing this site’s data in your browser removes everything else. Complaints can go to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
