Terms of use for the promenade

1. Who runs the huts

These terms govern your use of beachhutpromenade.com ("Beach Hut Promenade", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of beachhutpromenade.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may use the promenade

Only people aged 18 or over may use Beach Hut Promenade. By stepping onto the promenade you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. The coins are virtual

• Every game on the front is played with virtual coins, given free of charge.
• Seafront coins carry no monetary value; they are not money, credit or property.
• No coin from the hut can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and there are no in-app purchases.
• No prize of real-world value is offered anywhere on the front.
• Coins, levels and features on the promenade may be adjusted or reset by us at any time.

4. No real money is gambled

Beach Hut Promenade neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling, and no hut on the front links to gambling operators.

5. Your account (the hut key)

• Beyond the open world, the other two worlds require a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
• Keep your password as private as your hut key, and tell us straight away if anyone else has used your account.
• Your account can be deleted at any time from the account page. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed.
• We may suspend any account used to disrupt the seafront, or one we believe belongs to a person under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions are attached to the hut account, are not your property, and may be reset.

6. Fair use of the seafront

You must not try to disrupt the seafront, point automated tools at it, offer coins for trade, or allow anyone under 18 onto it.

7. When the huts are open, and our liability

We provide the site ‘as is’ and may change or withdraw any part of it. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. The law that governs the promenade

The law of England and Wales governs these seafront terms.
